Food pantries see increase in numbers

People notes
- Four members of the diocese were ordained as transitional deacons on June 7.
- Two others are spring graduates of St. Paul School of Theology (Methodist) in Kansas City, Mo.
- Kiera Evans has been named the first of two campus ministry interns for the 2008-2009 school year.
- Four teens are learning how to be youth ministry leaders through a summer internship program.
