Eternal Lord, we thank you for the privilege of being members of Your body in this place. We praise You for our Godly Heritage, and for those who have built this church upon the strong foundation of Your unfailing Word. We thank you that the Good News of Jesus Christ is proclaimed, the Sacraments are celebrated, and the Holy Spirit is present and mighty among us.

May we be united in your love, holy and set apart for your service, open to hear Your voice and the cry of those in need, and may we be obedient to your call to go into our community and all the world and make disciples. May we never grow cold in our love for You or weary in well-doing. Bless us, we pray, and provide all that is needed for our life together, and make us channels of Your healing and reconciling love to all people, through Jesus Christ our Lord.
